Well, we are going to make an attempt (hopefully a successful one) at potty-training Jack. He's picked out his big boy undies - Thomas, of course! He's become familiar with his potty. We've got the appropriate "potty" books. Seems as if we are READY to begin this wild & crazy journey. Guess I better stock up on cheerios - for Jack to practice his "aim" (hmmmm, I think I'll let Matt help him with that task)! Wish us luck! Any advice from veterans of potty-training would be GREATLY appreciated! :)

My advice would be to shoot for the middle of the toilet. Then if you are having an off day, you have plenty of room on the sides to keep it in the bowl.
I still use that strategy today!
