That's what happens when Jack decides to give Reagan a bath! He hasn't gotten the concept that water stays in the tub - not of the bathroom floor! Yikes - BUT Reagan loved the special attention from her brother, especially attention that didn't include hitting, pushing, body-checking, etc! :)
