Apples, Apples...we have SO many apples!

Last weekend, the Waldner family went apple picking.  We do this EVERY year and we always come home with way too many apples.  It's just the way we do it.  Oh and Matt always makes a comment about how expensive our "fresh-picked" apples are each and EVERY year.  Not kidding...he complains and then I remind him that he complains each year.  And then we have a good laugh.  We really do!  I promise.  The kids have a BLAST picking out apples, eating a caramel apple, running through the maze and going on a fun ride through the farm on a hayride.  The weather was perfect...a warm & sunny fall day.

Here are some pictures from our apple picking trip!  So.Much.Fun!!!!  I love the fall...

Oh and in case you were wondering, we have made apple cake, caramel apples and homemade granola bars (ok, no apples in them but wanted to brag a bit about my baking skills) with our loot.  This week, we'll be also baking some yummy apple cinnamon muffins for breakfast and lunches!  Wahoo!
